Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in my first counselling session?

In this 'initial' session you will have the chance to tell me about yourself and what brings you to counselling.  You can ask any questions you may have and we will have the opportunity to think together about the best way forward.

Do you do online sessions?

Yes I work both online (UK based only) and in person.

How much does counselling cost?

All sessions currently cost £50.  I also have spaces available for individuals on low income.  Payment is by BACS or cash on the day of the session.

Do you see couples or families?

No, I offer counselling to individuals only.
