I trained at Oxford University qualifying with a Masters in Psychodynamic Practice.  This degree was a rigorous four year course covering psychodynamic theory and practice with an emphasis on my own self discovery through group work and personal therapy.

I have worked in a mix of settings since my course began in 2016.  These include placements at a secondary school working with young people for two years and, a low-cost community counselling service in Oxfordshire.  In the latter I worked with both young people and adults for a mix of short and long term work.  I have since continued to work in community settings alongside three years working in a university supporting students studying from UG degree to doctorate level.

Currently I divide my time between private practice and The Abingdon Bridge (TAB) counselling service.  TAB is an award winning community based counselling charity offering free counselling to young people.  Most of my work is in person.
